The changes to RapidSiteplan, a week at a time, newest first.
New
- Adjust the sheet has Remove lines or numbers: tap any tie, figure, note or service line to take it off the sheet, and Return in the Removed list brings it back.
- Pick more than one trade under What you build in Settings, and the Add a structure list leads with their kinds.
Better
- Ties print as the figure and OMP beside their structure, and the stack of notes in the middle of the lot is gone.
- Rule findings read as notes that leave the decision to the certifier or council, and Rule notes on the map stays off under Drawing until you switch it on.
- The editor stays quick while you drag or reshape structures, even with several large ones on the plan.
Fixed
- A structure’s size reads its true sides whichever way the building faces.
New
- Sign-up is open to everyone: pay for one property at a time, or take a Professional plan with a monthly allowance.
- Find a lot by typing its lot and plan number into the search box.
- Before You Dig sits inside the designer, with the enquiry filled in for you and the gas, power and telecom lines printed on the sheet.
- Mark each structure as proposed or existing on its card.
Better
- The title block keeps its own versions, with a drawing number and a revision table that grows each time you generate again.
Fixed
- The editor opens again after a fault that could stop it loading.
