Professional 10 and Professional 20 cover one state, which is what most trades work in, and add every other state for $50 a month. Professional 50 covers every state.
A monthly plan renews each month on the day you started and a yearly plan each year, at the same price, until you cancel; either way the plans count by the calendar month. Cancel any time in Settings, Billing: nothing more is charged, and your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for. The all-states add-on renews and cancels with it.

Mark the closest vegetation on the aerial and the level reads from it; a subscription adds the assessment report. Individuals pay once per property. Unlimited on professional and organisation subscriptions. Not offered on API accounts.
Check a propertyThe allowance counts the calendar month; plans you did not use are not carried over. Extra plans are bought as a pack at the rate for your size and stay yours until used.

Before you pick a lane
You keep drawing. Extras are 5 for $125 on every size, billed in the month you use them, and they stay yours until used.
No. The sheet is identical. A subscription costs less per plan and adds a team, branding, job history and quoting.
A site plan, the drawing councils and certifiers ask for under that name. A plot plan is the same drawing by another name. In Victoria the building regulations call it an allotment plan.
The volume and the integration are different every time. A short conversation gets to a real number faster than a tier would.
Change size, or move between monthly and yearly, yourself in Settings, Billing. A bigger size on a monthly plan starts the day you choose it, at its full price from that day; any other change starts at your next renewal, and the page says the date before you confirm. You can stop there too: cancelling stops the next charge, and your plans and top-ups keep working to the end of the month or year you paid for. A lower price reaches your plan at its next renewal; a higher one only after we email you at least 30 days before it applies.
What you buy is access to design software, delivered the moment payment completes, so there are no change-of-mind refunds. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected, and corrections of our own errors cost you nothing.
