The site plan a certifier asks for, on the real lot, in minutes.
Under your name. Priced before you start.
For certifiers and building surveyors, engineers and geotechs, surveyors, drafters and dealers.
Lot from the state cadastreSetbacks to every boundaryWind and corrosion as per the standard, bushfire where the lot is mapped prone
Check it against the real lot and mark it up instead of writing the information request.
What you get
- The lot from the state cadastre, with the buildings already on it
- Setbacks to every boundary
- Site cover totalled on the sheet
- Easements and mapped mains drawn on the lot
- Overlays flagged
- A markup layer for the notes that would otherwise become an information request
- A view-only link the applicant opens without an account
The decision is yours; nothing here is a certification. More for certifiers

What it is, and what it is not
What it costs
You pay for the site plans you make. Searching an address and looking at the lot cost nothing, and every measurement, edit and download on a plan is included. Compare the sizes and the top-ups.
Monthly or yearly at the same rate. Sign up, then pick the size under Settings, Billing.
A login for each rep, one allowance, one invoice. The price is set against your volume, not against a list.
Full pricing and plan sizesPrices in Australian dollars. No change-of-mind refunds; your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected. Every property you unlock stays available for at least six months.
Ask for a professional account
One screen. A person reads it and writes back, usually within a business day.
Good to know
- Drafters and building designers take the Professional plan.
- Dealers take the organisation path, with a login for each rep.
- When the marketplace opens, a directory listing and a job inbox come too. Both stay off until you switch them on.
Questions professionals ask
No. The lot comes from the state’s digital cadastre, a map of title boundaries rather than a measurement on the ground, and the sheet says so. When a setback is close, get a registered surveyor.
No. It draws and measures, and certifies nothing. The certifier decides; engineers, surveyors and bushfire consultants certify their own parts.
The edition your state has adopted. Wind is as per AS/NZS 1170.2:2021 and AS 4055:2021, bushfire as per AS 3959:2018, and corrosion as per AS 4312:2019.
Only if you switch the listing on. Signing up does not list you. We use the public register only to confirm your licence.
You do, or your organisation does. They stay under your account. We never use them to market to your clients and never pass them to another professional.
Yes. Set them once in Business details and they print in the title block of every sheet.
The figures are in the price section above. Extras are charged at your plan’s rate, unused plans do not roll over, and there are no seat fees.
Yes, on an organisation account. Every rep’s sheet carries your branding, and it all comes out of one allowance on one invoice.
